No returns, only exchange within 24hours of delivery and exchange only possible when rate tag is intact and saree is in original condition

How to Cancel an Order:
After order confirmation user can cancel with in 24hours, once packed cancelation option will not be available in application and website.
After reciving the product if any damage customer can return the goods but refund not available we will credit the money to customer wallet and they get 45days time to purchase any goods by spending their wallet)
Refunds:
In an unlikely event where any of the following happens, we are liable to either issue a refund (partial or full) or send you a fresh order:
If the product gets perished before reaching the consumer
If product gets crushed during the shipment
If wrong order is sent to a customer
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners
If the order contains an item that is no more available or is out of stock
Refund Processing Time: 24 Hours once the Item reaches our Office and checks are done.
Return Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be credited to your Wallet within a certain amount of days.
